What price is Klaros-Testmanagement?
The Community Edition is available free of charge. The Enterprise Edition costs €2980 and includes one year of support and maintenance. The Mobile Edition costs €4980 includes support for the freely available app for mobile execution of test cases as well as all features of the Enterprise Edition. The price of the Mobile Edition includes support for the simultaneous use of up to 10 mobile devices and one year of support and maintenance. There are graduated prices for the use of more mobile devices. Please ask us, we will make you an offer.
You can use our online demo for an uncomplicated start. Alternatively you can follow the „Trial" link on our website and request a 30-day trial license. You can download the ~140MB install file under the heading „Download".
The Community Edition can be used free of charge, even for commercial purposes. A license for the Enterprise Edition is limited to one server for an unlimited number of users. A license for the Mobile Edition is limited to one server and up to 10 mobile devices.
No, all features are contained in the product and are unlocked by us using license keys.
The Mobile Edition offers support for execution and documentation of Test Cases with a mobile device in addition to the web application.
Yes, an existing installation of the Community Edition can be converted at any time by installing an Enterprise Edition or Mobile Edition license key. Existing data will remain, you can continue working seamlessly.
No. In our experience it is useful for clients to keep test data after the end of a project. The data can be used for further development. You can however let the support contract expire, so that you do not incur further charges.
Please send us an e-mail containing the new server ID. This can be found in Klaros-Testmanagement in the „Configure" section on the „Overview" page. You will receive a new license key no later than the next business day. Your old license key will lose its validity.
Order, Payment, Delivery
How can I order Klaros-Testmanagement Enterprise Edition or Mobile Edition?
You can order by email or fax. In each case, we need the following information:
- Your full name
- The name of your company
- The billing address of your company
- For orders from EU countries, the VAT identification number
- The number of licenses you want
- The e-mail address to which we should send the invoice and the license to
IWithin one business day we will send you a PDF document by e-mail containing your order confirmation and invoice, which you can check for accuracy. In addition you will receive the software maintenance contract and the software license contract as well as a temporary 30 day license key by request, in order to begin work straight away.
After we receive the full sum you will receive the license key, made out to the name and server ID you have provided, under which Klaros-Testmanagement should be installed. In addition, you will receive a delivery slip contining the confirmation of receipt of payment and the delivery date.
The invoice you receive from us is due upon receipt. We currently only accept Euro bank transfers and international money orders as payment methods.

At this point payment is only possible through bank transfers and international money orders.
Our bank details are not published on the website. You will receive them with your invoice.
Support and Maintenance
Is there support for the Community Edition?
In general, we provide no support for the Community Edition free of charge. However, we supervise our community forum quite closely, so you are welcome to post your questions there. If you in need of further assistance, please contact us for a quote.
Support for the Enterprise Edition for the first year is included in the purchase price. This includes a software maintenance contract valid for one year upon receipt of order. Included in this maintenance contract is comprehensive e-mail and forum support as well as a free upgrade to all new versions within this timeframe.
Purchase of the Enterprise Edition or Mobile Edition includes a maintenance contract which is valid for a year after receipt of order. Before the end of this period we will contact you regarding an extension of your maintenance contract. You will then have the opportunity to extend your maintenance contract for 50% of the price of the initial purchase. If you intend to extend your maintenance contract we recommend that you do this 30 days before it expires.
If you do not require any support or further updates you can simply let the contract expire. You can resume the contract at any time.
You can renew a maintenance contract at any time. The extension of the contract begins on the expiry date of the previous maintenance contract, independent of the date of purchase of the maintenance contract renewal.

In general there are 3-4 feature releases per year as well as irregular maintenance releases when necessary.

Do I need training in Klaros-Testmanagement?
Klaros-Testmanagement requires some basic understanding of the areas of software quality assurance and test management. Our extensive documentation (PDF and HTML) will teach you how to use Klaros-Testmanagement. If you have need of specific training, please contact us for an offer.

We charge €120 per hour. The smallest bookable unit is 30 minutes.
