Good morning sven,
It is possible to print a test suite in the enterprise edition of Klaros (all print functionality is restricted to enterprise edition).
This can be carried out on the page titled "Test Suite Result Details" ("Testsuite-Ergebnisse") in the evaluate section. This page is located at Evaluate -> Test Results -> Test Suite Results -> [click view on a test suite] -> [click view on a test suite result].

is it also possible to print a test suite not only with a list of the included test case names, but with all details of all test cases (precondition, steps, etc.)?

Hi Peter,
welcome to the Klaros-Testmanagement community!
This is currently not possible, but you can view more detailed test case descriptions on the test case print pages. Nevertheless we are now planning to implement this as a feature (KLAROS-2979 - Optionally show test case details (steps, precondition, etc) on the test suite print page).
