Problem with creating issues

Hi there!

We've got a problem with creating issues. Here some facts about our environment:

- Windows Server 2008 R2
- Klaros 3.5.6 with MySQL
- Mantis 1.2.10 with MySQL

The configuration (incl. validating connection) of the Issue Mangement worked fine. But when we try to create an issue there is no 'Issue Management System' to choose. The pulldown menu is empty. Any hints?

Thanks!

Hi Simon,

welcome to the community!

The use of issue management systems is limited to the Klaros projects to which they are assigned. In order to enable an issue management system for a given project, it must be added to the list in Maintain Projects->Edit Project.

It is also possible to set an issue management system as a default system. This means that newly created projects will have the issue management system enabled by default.

I hope this helps, and thanks for your interest in Klaros-Testmanagement!

Best Regards,
Patrick

Hi Patrick,

thanky you for your fast answer! I might have guessed it. The project already existed, so of course the issue management system has to be assigned to it subsequently. Everything works now.

Regards, Simon
