Unable to logon when using MySQL

Hi,
I've been trying to get the system working with MySQL and I've managed to set it up and the schema is populated with the Klaros tables but I can't seem to log in. I keep getting
ERROR - 12:46:49 - Authentication failed (wrong user name or password).
I've tried the default of admin, admin but it's still not allowing me to log in. Any ideas?
I am using Windows, running as a service if that makes any difference? I'm also using version 3.4.3 build 1130 which I believe is the latest?
Any help would be appriciated
Regards
Chris

Hi Chris,
can you please send the content of your <klaros-installation-dir>/logs directory to support@verit.de so we may have a look?

As I could not find any error messages in the logs:
Did you make sure that you edited the .klaros/hibernate.properties file in the home of the user account running the service?
I assume the database referenced there has been initialized properly and the K_USER table contains the 4 default accounts, right?
Regards,
Torsten
