Just a quick question.

When you link TRAC to Klaros and log a defect. if I have custom fields on the ticket. Will I be able to populate them ifrom Klaros?

Sorry, not yet. Support for custom fields in issue trackers (this also applies to Bugzilla, Jira, Mantis and Redmine) is on the roadmap for release 3.3.
