* create a new user and give him the role "tester"
* log in using as the new user

-> when you go to Configure, you can create new users with "Tester" role

expected: a tester should never be able to create new users even in his own role level

note: we really like that three predefined roles apart from this! simple to use and makes a lot of sense. we could image that the "test manager" might be able to create new users of role "tester" because it is a lower level and that reflects test manager tasks.
