problem deleting issue management system

* try to delete issue management system -> error: still used by other objects
* remove IMS from project and save
* go back to IMS admin section and delete IMS

result: I still get the same error
expected: should be able to delete the IMS

note: after logging out and logging in again, I can delete the IMS

Hi Markus,

thank you for the feedback. I' m able to reproduce it and tracked this bug as KLAROS-945. We will provide a fix for that issue in our next release.
