Unable to execute test cases or suites

Hi,

I've just downloaded and installed the community version, for assessment.
Its running locally.
I've created 1 test environment, and 3 systems under test (to represent each OS we test against).
I've created 2 test suites.
I've created 2 test cases, with steps for each. Each test case is associated with one of the suites.

When I come to execute the test suite (or test case), I get the popup window that
asks me to select a test env and system under test, and also shows me the cases.
I click "Execute".

According to the manual, I should then get a second popup with a "Start" button. Instead I get
a blank popup that says "Job In Progress", with a close button.
I get this for tests cases too, *and* if I attempt to continue the test run.

This is exactly like this problem here:
https://www.klaros-testmanagement.com/en_US/forum/-/message_boards/message/313421?_19_threadView=flat

I am not using a proxy (the app is installed locally), but I have tried setting the
Application URL to point to my local machine (which matches what is in the browser), per the above article:

I've also tried localhost, and blank. None of that makes a difference.
I've also tried restarting the server between each change.

Is there something I'm doing wrong here?
Thx.
Paul

Hi Paul,

does the popup window appear at all when you click "Execute"? I don't mean the dialog that says "Job In Progress", but an actual browser popup window?

It could be that your browser prevents this popup from being opened. If that's the case, please make sure that popups for http://10.10.10.4:18080/klaros-web are not blocked.

Fabian

Yep! Silly me - on a mac/safari and
I forgot "Safari - Settings for this website".
Works now.
