- Redmine version 4.0.4 stable
- Mylyn connector: https://github.com/joaopedrotaveira/redmine_mylyn_connector
- Reporting issue to Redmine support didn't help: "Please contact the author of the plugin. Perhaps the plugin does not support the latest version of Redmine." (http://www.redmine.org/issues/32088)
- Also reported to Mylyn: https://github.com/danmunn/redmine_mylyn_connector/issues/54

Hi Anton,
thanks for your extensive error report.
The plugin currently doesn't support Redmine 4.0.x or higher (https://github.com/danmunn/redmine_mylyn_connector/issues/53).
Which version of Klaros-Testmanagement are you using? Since version 4.12 we connect to Redmine using the native Redmine API (KLAROS-4102), hence the plugin is no longer needed at all.
Regards,
Fabian

Thank you for clarification, Fabian.
Yes, we are using the latest version of Klaros (4.12.1).
Since it doesn't need the plug-in anymore, can you please explain why we cannot integrate it natively?
Redmine authentication failed (unknown user name or wrong password).
Login and password are correct, it's the redmine admin user, REST webservise is activated in Redmine.

Hi Anton,
we are continuously testing against Redmine 4, so this should definitely work.
Just to make sure can you please confirm the following:
1. The Redmine URL you are using is the base URL of the Redmine installation?
2. The project you specified is correct and the admin user has access to it?
3. Are self-signed SSL-Certificates used on the Redmine side?
Do the Klaros or Redmine Logfiles contain any related information?
Please add screenshots and/or log entries if possible.
Regards,
Torsten

Quick reminder: As of Klaros version 4.12 the native Redmine API is used and the installation of a Redmine plugin is no longer required.
