Klaros integration with Jira fails

Hello. I've been using Klaros community edition for couple of days. I was trying to integrate it with my Jira account and I’m getting authentication issue always. Could someone please help me on how to give the URL and Project and integrate it with Jira. I'm getting 'Authentication failed (unknown user name or wrong password)' error when I give username and password for jira.

Hello pradeep,

URL is the base URL of your Jira installation, so if http://infosys.verit.de/jira/login.jsp is your login page then http://infosys.verit.de/jira is your URL.

Project is the project id which is showing up in your UI like in the attachment.

In cloud instances you will have to use a token instead of the password as the user identification by username and password will no longer work there. Maybe this is your issue here?

Thank you fo the quick reply. I'm using cloud instance and you were right. I used API tokens and it worked. Thank you.
