JIRA integration with Klaros

I have installed JIRA in my machine and user is correctly authenticated on login to JIRA. But, we are receiving 'Authentication failed (wrong user name or password).' on user authentication screen when integrating with JIRA on Klaros. Do we need to install any plugin. Not sure how to configure it. Shall we get the detail steps to - how to integrate Klaros with JIRA?

Hi Balaji,

Do the JIRA and Klaros log-files give any detailed information?

As a blind guess - did you enable the 'Accept remote API calls' flag in your JIRA installation?
