bug with adding a new user 4.1.0?

When I try to add a new user in 4.1.0 I get:

An unexpected error has occurred
Error Message:

This seems to happen every time.

any ideas why?

Welcome to the community, and thanks for the feedback.

This is a regression error due to a last-minute fix. This bug (KLAROS-2124) will be fixed in version 4.1.1 which will be released today.
