there is no such artificial limitation, even in the community version.
Of course there are always practical limits such as disk space and/or memory limitations but I do not believe that you would hit those any time soon.
To give you some impressions: We are currently have systems running featuring numbers like 2311 projects and 172 users or projects with 1342 test cases, 33637 test runs and 312798 test case results.
