I am trying to integrate redmine. It asks for a URL and for us it's a local address and I put that in and I get this error message: "The Server at URL http://redmine.rticorp.local/ could not be contacted: net.sf.redmine_mylyn.api.exception.RedmineApiHttpStatusException: Unexpected status code - 404"

Hi Avery,
please attach a screenshot to show your parameters. Did you make sure you have entered an existing project in the project column?

Hi Avery,
Redmine needs to have a remote access plugin installed. Did you follow the instructions at http://www.klaros-testmanagement.com/demo/doc/User-Manual.Installation.html#User-Manual.Installation.IssueManagement.redmine for installing the redmine-mylyn-connector?
Hope this helps,
Torsten

Quick reminder: As of Klaros version 4.12 the native Redmine API is used and the installation of a Redmine plugin is no longer required.
