This is not possible at the moment. We do have a long-standing feature request which might match your wishes (KLAROS-377 - Allow attachments for test case steps), however this is currently in our medium to long term plans. It is unlikely that we would allow the inclusion of attachments within the expected result field, but they would appear when executing the step. Would this be satisfactory?

Hi Charlie,

currently you can't add attachments directly to a test case step, but you can insert a link to a test case attachment in the expected result area of a test case step. Please have a look at the following board post:
