Hello, Even though the System Under Test has attachments, they are not (correctly?) shown when executing a test from Run Test Case or Run Test Suite. This makes this feature unusable at the moment (see attached GIF). This happens in version 5.6.1 and still happens after upgrading to 5.7.0. Tried with Edge and Chrome.

Thank you for your bug report, this is indeed a regression in the UI code which has now been fixed as issue KLAROS-5377 towards the next minor release.
