supported Browser?

Which browsers are supported by klaros?
I try to use FF 4.01 and Internet Explorer 9.0.
When i execute a testsuite (IE 9) the pop-up was shown, but i must login again and then the main-window was shown.
In FF 4.01 the pop-up was shown and in it there is only the status messages block and nothing else.

Hi Sven,
Microsoft Internet Explorer: Version 7 and above
Mozilla Firefox: Version 3.5 and above
Google Chrome: Version 4 and above
Safari: Version 4 and above
This is strange, as we regulary use both of these browsers to test.
If you use your own installation of Klaros: can you send us a logfile of the console poutput or screenshots?
Do you experience the same results using the online-demo at http://www.klaros-testmanagement.com/demo/?
I just rechecked at this URL with both browsers and did not experience any failure.
Regards,
Torsten

Hi Torsten,
thank you for your answer.
I have try it at the online-demo and it works as expected with FF 4
In the IE 9 it works as expected too.
---
In FF 4 i have found a solution, i removed all cookies and restart the browser. After that i login in again and try to run a test suite. The pop-up was shown, after pressing execute, but with login boxes. I do the login and go to the execute menu and press the execute-button and *tada* in the pop-up now the Test Case Overview was displayed.
I have tried the same with IE 9 but no success. I have add a short video that shows the problem.

Now it works in IE 9 also, the same way as described for FF 4.
But if i would run a new test suite, after finishing the last one. I only got the result page of the last test run.
Now i try out FF in "Safe Mode" and try it again, but in the pop-up i have to do the login.
PS: My OS is Windows 7

Hi Sven,
The problem with the login in safe mode could have something to do with your cookie settings.
You will have to log in each time you open a pop-up if your browser is set to not accept cookies from Klaros,
as Klaros uses cookies to persist a session across multiple tabs or windows. If you use an extension for
handling cookies, this would likely be disabled in safe mode.
I'm afraid I can't reproduce your problem with test suite results. Does the pop-up open on the results page
for the previous run? Or does it show results for the previous run after finishing the new run?
Regards,
Patrick

But i faced an other problem and solved it, the url was false.
I open it with
http://server.rz.e-dict.net:18080/klaros-web/pages/login.seam
and it works only with this url:
http://server:18080/klaros-web/pages/login.seam

Please note that you can set the application URL at the configuration page. All URLs generated by Klaros (e.g. the URL for opening the execution browser window) will honor this setting.
See http://www.klaros-testmanagement.com/files/doc/html/User-Manual.Configure.Main-GeneralSettings.htmlhttp://www.klaros-testmanagement.com/files/doc/html/User-Manual.Configure.Main-GeneralSettings.html for details.
Hope this helps,
