Integration on requirements different from Jira

Hello,
We are using our own Requirements Management System made in-house, but Klaros only seems to support Jira as external reqs. mgmt system.
Is there any way to integrate it with another system? We can mimic Jira's interface, as example, in order to do this but we don't know the specification of such interface. Where can we get more info on this subjects?
Thanks.
Regards,
Herman.

Hello Herman,
We do support a generic interface for this. Did you have a look at https://www.klaros-testmanagement.com/files/doc/html/User-Manual.Import-Export.html#User-Manual.Import-Export.Import-Requirements-From-XML already?
If a Push-scenario (An external script/tool is synchronizing your requirements into Klaros) is sufficient for you, this is the interface you would need.
If you need a Pull-scenario (where Klaros is fetching requirements from your requirements tool on a regular basis) a more deep integration (like the one with Jira) is required.
We do offer custom integration services for these special situations / tools. So if this is of interest to you, please drop us a note at sales@verit.de so we can further discuss the details.
In any case a Klaros Enterprise Edition License is required.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
Regards,
Torsten

Thanks for your answer, Torsten.
Push scenario is ok. We will try XML synch in a scheduled manner to see how it goes.

Herman.
