is this issue known?

how can we fix this? is there a properties file we have to delete or modify to reset for each user?

Hello Roy,

Thanks for your feedback and submitting this issue.

No, this isn't a known issue. It would help us analyzing this, if you send us the tomcat log files and describe what you were doing for reimporting. Getting our hands on the export file would be perfect to reproduce this issue. If this contains confidential information, there is an obfuscation script available here.

Please send this to support@verit.de and please also state your OS and Klaros-Testmanagement version as well as the database configuration you are using.

To get back to a working dashboard please try the following:

- Select a working project
- Go to the dashboard page
- Delete all dashboard reports, but leave the project overview report
- Save the dashboard
- Switch to your imported project to check

Hope this helps,

Torsten

thanks for the hint.

i will prepare the need information about our system and the import.

anyway we are evaluating klaros with community edition, so i can't delete any graph on the dashboard.
is there a way to fix it?

looks like that new users are working fine.
so maybe the existing users are connected to the old internal ids and that's why the values are empty?
is there any way to reset this info?

if evaluation is running good we are looking forward to buy the pro version.
so please help us to fix these small issues ;)

many thanks for your support.

Sorry, my bad. I forgot that this is not possible in the community edition. The simplest way would be to apply for a 30-day evaluation license here, install it and delete the reports. You can deinstall the trial license at any time by removing the license.xml file in the .klaros folder in the home folder of the user executing the Klaros-Testmanagement application server if you choose so. The system will then automatically downgrade to the community version again.

I am not clear about what you mean by empty values, perhaps you can send a screen shot? There is no user specific information stored in the dashboard report configuration but they refer to the currently selected project. Maybe this is what you are experiencing here?

Ah I finally got it.

The community edition is not able to reread the list of test environments and suts of the current project where it actually should to this.

So our configuration is indeed fixed to the first project you have ever configured for this dashboard report. Using the enterprise edition it should be possible to reset this.

This is now tracked as issue KLAROS-1800, expect a fix in the next maintenance release.

Thanks for the feedback!
