Hi, i have 

Installed Version:4.8.2 - Build 1395 (2017-12-15 18:40:03)

when I run test cases and assigned an issue in jira, the developer couldn't open them because it shws them as an error

i attached an image and .zip

I appreciate if you could support me as soon as it can be possible, I'm implementing Klaros in the company.

Hello Juan,

thanks for the detailed bug report. You are affected by issue KLAROS-3689 which has already been fixed in the 4.8.4 release.

This bug is only surfacing when a user is in the tester role, for the other roles it works correctly.

By upgrading to any version from 4.8.4 onward this will be fixed. If this is not yet possible, please use a manager role in the interim.
