Can't connection failed to Klaros-Testmanagement

Hi there,
we have troubles installing Klaros-Testmanagement. After installing it like described in the FAQ's Installation Process, we can't connect to it. When starting the startup.bat via command line we receive a massage that JAVA_HOME and/or JRE_HOME is not defined, even though jre-6u7-windows-i586-p and java_ee_sdk-5_01-windows is installed.
Can anybody help? Please, Klaros-Testmanagement seems to be just what I need!!!

Hi Daniel,
please make sure that you have JAVA_HOME defined in your environment settings as shown in the picture attached and start the Klaros-Testmanagement Server. I am unsure why the Java-Installer did not set this automatically.

first of all thanks for the extremely fast answer.
We've installed the JDK and set the JAVA_HOME variable like you said. Now the Tomcat starts and the last line says: "INFO: Startup in 78ms". But when I try to connect to Klaros-Testmanagement the page just keeps loading forever.
So I took a closer look to the Tomcat-Window and there where some Errors during the starting procedure. I tried to attach the log files but i received a message telling me that it doesn't like the file format, so I change the extension from .log to .txt.

from the logs it seems that another Klaros-Tomcat instance is still running. Please shut all instances down and restart it once.

Now it's finally working! My Userprofile on my PC didn't have writing access in the installation directory of Klaros-Testmanagement. Now I talked my Sysadmin into granting me full access on the programs folder . Since doing so everything wokrs fine!
