HTTP Status 404 - /Klaros-Web/

Good morning!

first of all I have to say that I am an absolute beginner in Linux.

Following problem:

I installed NOOBS 1.4.0 and Raspbian (kernel ver. 3.18) on my raspberry pi.
In addition, Java, MySQL and Klaros-testmanagement was installed.

When I try to open the link http://192.168.2.4:18080/klaros-web/ (192.168.2.4 => ip raspberry pi) I get the following message:

HTTP Status 404 - /Klaros-Web/
type Status report
message /Klaros-Web/
description The requested resource is not available.
Apache Tomcat/7.0.59

It doesn't matter whether I'm doing this on the browser in RaspberryPi or on my laptop (Win7 Home Premium 64-bit) IE11 or Chrome.

I attached some logfiles and would appreciate any help!

regards,
Andre

Hi Andre,

to our knowledge you are the first person trying to run Klaros on a Raspberry Pi.

Apparently the klaros web archive is not started correctly but the log files attached do
not show the reason for this.

If you find catalina.out in your logs folder
 please attach this as well.

Due to the extraordinary long startup time (1495135 ms !!!) I assume that this machine
has not the resources required to run Klaros successfully. How much RAM do you have available?

In addition we require an Oracle Java 7 or 8 runtime environment which is not available for this platform.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Claudia

Hi Claudia,

attached you find the catalina.out.

Overall there are approximately 435 MB RAM (Free RAM 266 MB available.)
Maybe less then necessary...

Andre

Hi Andre,

the log indicates an error with your mysql database connection. Please check your settings in hibernate.properties.

It may help to valdiate these as a normal user from the command line first before restarting Klaros via the mysql command.
